One of the core policies of our Environment Management System touches on our contribution to environment rehabilitation. Gridwalls reached another milestone by fully embracing the incorporation of clean energy to our operations where our entire offices and production facilities run on 100% solar power.
A total of 1,136 rooftop solar system with a capacity of 535kWp, can generate more than 800,000 kWh of electricity annually, enough to cover 100% of Gridwalls’ operational and office facilities consumption.
This shift will reduce almost 400 Tons of CO2 emission which is equivalent to approximate 18,400 trees.
The realization of our vision is not complete without an action plan to follow as a footprint for sustainability and we are committed to continue to improve and implement leading best practices related to sustainability year after year.
